Phantom of the Opera was AMAZING!!
I would go see it 1000 times over! The actors and actresses were super talented and did a wonderful job. The sets were just amazing. However, the poor people in the middle were just out of luck, they had no way to exit without having to go past everyone. At least they were close enough to the isle you were able to get out fairly easily. The seat location were fine. We were in awe how they were able to change the mood and move the story line along with the changing of scenery. The new seats are WAY too close together. It was easier just never to get out of your seat. Uncomfortably so....I sat next to a large man and he was literally in my seat area. The seats are too small to start with, and when you put a big person in them it was NOT pleasant for those sitting in the seats next to them. Whoever decided more squished together seats were better than less chairs with some sort of personal space was WAY OFF THE MARK! It makes me not want to go to anything else at Robinson and we love going to plays, musicals and the like.
